We are seeking an experienced Fit Out Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-specification Category A fit-out and refurbishment project in the heart of Edinburgh. This prestigious project involves transforming commercial office space to the highest standards, with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site activities for Cat A fit-out works and refurbishment.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics.

Ensure works are completed to programme and within budget.

Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and quality on site.

Liaise with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure smooth communication.

Monitor and report progress, identifying any issues or risks.

Oversee snagging, commissioning, and handover stages.
Requirements:

Proven track record delivering high-end commercial Cat A fit-outs and refurbishments.

Experience managing city centre projects with logistical constraints.

Excellent knowledge of construction processes and fit-out standards.

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certified.

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
