MGR Resources are recruiting a Project Manager with a joinery background specialising in delivering high-end refurbishment and build projects, you will play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of the entire project.
Managing site managers and subcontractors, and leveraging your experience as a principal or main contractor. Your expertise in joinery and construction management will be essential to delivering exceptional results for our client
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
